I just wanted to comment on you week 4 post.  I keep waiting for my workouts to become easy and what I have realized is that they never should be easy.  Sure, as you become more fit it will be easier to do the exercise but the minute it becomes &quot;easy&quot; you need to make it harder and strive for a bigger challenge for yourself.     Huffing, puffing, and turning red, well sucks, but when I look around at the gym, the fit people, most times are doing the same.    You are so worth the work!
