My kids love to snack. They are always tugging on me asking for something to eat. Especially Bud. “Momma I’m so hongry.” And yes, that is the way he says it. If they aren’t asking me for something they are in the kitchen standing in the pantry or in front of the frig digging for something.
Normally I don’t buy “fruit” snacks (gummies or roll ups) even though my kids beg for them every time we go to the store, but when I saw that Ocean Spray had come out with their on line of them and that My Blog Spark wanted to know if I would like to review them I thought, “why not?”
OH.MY.WORD. When these things arrived you would have thought my kids had been deprived of food for a week? They ripped into those boxes and started scarfing down some fruit snacks. I kept hearing variations of, “Mmmm… mmmm.. Mommmm. mmmm. these are good… mmm…” Sheesh kids. Come up for air.
I left to go to the gym and came home to find that TWO boxes were already gone. I knew it was time for me to try them myself, and you know what, they were right. These things are mmm.mmm.good. They are soft and chewy and have a really great fruit flavor but are not super sweet. The next night Bud wanted to know if I was going to the gym again. When I asked him why he replied, “so I can eat too many gummies.”
Another thing I love about them? No high fructose corn syrup. Do you know how hard that is to find in kid treats? Really hard. I know they still aren’t as healthy as real fruit, but my kids really like them, and I think they are a good choice for a sometimes treat.

I will definitely be downloading the coupon. This is a great review, and I might have overlooked the product. But I am seriously bent over the way I’ve let our diet get.
With Bud asking if you are going back to the gym so he could eat too many…I have to say, we would love to try them.
